Polymer Exploration Centre is a modern, international research and technology center for the plastic industry. The center provides research services throughout the value chain.
Norner, the tenant, has clients in more than 60 countries and has had a strong growth through the last years.
The project is a part of Future Materials Catapult Center, and contributes to Norway's position as the leader of developing future sustainable plastic solutions.
Polymer Exploration Centre is a four-storey building of 4858 sqm and consists of, among other things, a machine hall, laboratories, offices and different research- and development divisions.
The building, which is neighbour to Powerhouse Telemark, opened in January 2022 and is energy class A certified.
